I worked at Desert Financial Credit Union full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The management team supported me and helped me to progress in my sales. I enjoyed everyone I worked with. The sales are challenging but I was happy for the support.

    Cons

Wish the company would pull back on the sales and while they are important the constant pushing are of putting to the members.

    Advice to Management

The management team at the branch was really great and worked to get me ready for my next role. Continue to recognize that sometimes it isn’t about the sell!

I worked at Desert Financial Credit Union full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There’s nothing different for other job! Same things as a former employee.

    Cons

They need to learn so much. The position should be Sales Specialist because it’s all that they care about and this will be extremely stressful, they will start to given written notifications for the most stupid and pointless things and most of the time isn't even your fault. They are not flexible, always under staff which is extra stressful. Forget about the training when you start at the Branch you will see how poor is the training.

    Advice to Management

Maybe hiring from outside the company can be a fresh restart to this branch because this people that works years in the same company and get this important position most of the times doesn't have the leadership to handle human beings. You will be a number ( your PIN number as a employee) and nothing more.

    Pros

You have chairs to sit down.

    Cons

very poor management, work hours can be horrible they are always under staff and so they will call you in your day off, take your lunchtime actually cut in 30 min. sales its stressful and it's all that they care about, no illusions you will be there to sell.

    Advice to Management

if you are an assistant manager don't gossip about your co-worker with other employees.
