- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
There are several events and will keep you busy
Cons

- Current Employee, more than 8 years★★★★★
Pros
Great learning opportunity if you are hungry and want to learn, but only if you are on the right team. Not every team works the same, and isn't treated or valued the same. Again, if on the right team, you get the opportunity to work at amazing venues in the DC Metro Area, and you learn a lot about the venues and rules associated with each venue. You build connections with local industry contacts. Design is a good stepping stone and learning tool.
Cons
Upper Management has no direction and doesnt know how to run the Sales Force at the company. Everyone is treated differently, with a lot of preferential treatment from CEO. Lack of marketing (sales tools), direction, and continuous pricing increased makes it difficult for sales, therefore, lack of sales. Which only means less money for the sales person, as it is a commission based position. Many senior staff have left the company which has also caused on-site event execution.

Pros
- Variety of tasks, eliminates downtime and boredom. - Great food provided to those who work in events. - Can be very fun to work with the staff at times. - Flexibility in choosing hours for work (great for college students).
Cons
- Certain managers/sales people condescending to waiters and be extremely nice to guests, fake personalities. - Will not provide for parking tickets, parking spaces, and/or advise staff where parking spots are. - Some supervisors/leaders not trained well; Lack of integrity and only work hard when needed, do not lead by example.

Pros
- Great high end catering company to work for - Got to work for prominent politicians and other figures of Washington, DC Metro Area - Great food - free lunch, free dinner (if working at an event) - Friendly work environment - Incredible learning experience
Cons
- Supervisor played favorites - we had 3 interns and one had known the CEO for some time - she got all of the opportunities - No pay - only paid $15 an hour for events which are few and far between in the summer - No stipend to live in the area and park you car - no nearby metro so a car was necessary - Supervisor ruined my GPA by giving me a B+ because I would occasionally mumble
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
It’s fast paced so time goes by quickly. There’s growth opportunities if you’re a hard worker. If you’re only temporary you can get part time if the scheduling manger is pleased with your work. It’s a very fun job.
Cons
After an event you’re usually too tired to walk. Gossip is usually a problem so just keep everything to yourself.
