      Pros

      Pay was somewhat competitive, my team was nice.

      Cons

      Was told I would not see pay increases, even after 1.5 years. Asked for help in the form of assistants, planning protocols, tech infrastructure, and was met with mostly rejection. People were eventually hired above my position that I had to brief.

      They charm you and some of the ppl are nice

      Cons

      Everything. They won’t allow fully remote which causes an excess of drama, cliques, and toxic people to flourish. They will fire you without any warning or real reason. HR is completely incompetent.

      Leadership is completely unwilling to take responsibility for their mistakes. Pointing the finger is part of DWC's lexicon.
