    I have been working at Desjardins full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Has a family atmosphere, you really feel like they care about you. I rarely do any overtime and if you do, you are paid.

    Cons

    Outdated Microsoft products on windows 7, lots of work politics involved and you have to be careful with how you talk, you can get caught in the middle of a war.
