- Principled, purpose-driven team and leadership - Excellent work/life balance - Serious dedication to building a high-quality product that is good for students and teachers - Fun engineering problems
Cons
The engineering team is more diverse than previous ones I've been on, but still not enough. The good thing is that there's broad agreement about this, and leadership puts their money where their mouth is.
