I have been working at Detroit Diesel full-time

    Pros

Great salary, room for growth with many opportunities within the parent company. It is fiercely competitive, internally, so candidates must always be on top of their game. Some departments are too lean and expectation for major results can be stressful.

    Cons

Like with many other large companies, it is sometimes difficult to be "noticed."
