    Excellent benefits, opportunity for international exposure. Friendly working conditions. Colleagues are eager to help.

    Cons

    Little to no chance for advancement especiallyin satelite offices. Little recognition and / or respect for academic growth. Language is an issue at times.

    Respect your employees abilities and recognize the knowledge base your employees bring to the table. Your employees are your greatest asset.

    Very friendly company, professional HR, great benefits.

    Cons

    * no sickdays ;) however possibility to work from home
    * too much restrictions, it's understandable, but sometime it slows down one and frustrates when trying to find a solution/workaround

    Advice to Management

    Sickdays woudl be great :)

    Not what it once was.
    Pays OK but you will ultimately be unfulfilled.
