    Excellent benefits, opportunity for international exposure. Friendly working conditions. Colleagues are eager to help.

    Cons

    Little to no chance for advancement especiallyin satelite offices. Little recognition and / or respect for academic growth. Language is an issue at times.

    Respect your employees abilities and recognize the knowledge base your employees bring to the table. Your employees are your greatest asset.

    Large, well oiled, money making machine.
    Large scale projects
    Distributed teams
    Key player in industry sector

    Cons

    Not what it once was.
    Pays OK but you will ultimately be unfulfilled.
    Outsourcing programmes demonstrate the shift to cheaper and cheaper mindset.

    Pros

    Good morningteam spirit, cantina, trainings, working facilities, staff ist highly skilled and working hours are flexible. Decent social benefits package

    Cons

    Regular cost cutting programs and hiring freezes. Compensation scheme does not incentivice individual performance due to helicopter approach on department level

    Less cost cutting
    No investment without proven business case

    Very limited opportunities for the employees to grow in the company
    Huge silos between sections and departments
    Not open to employees with non German educational & professional background
    Poor talent management; most of the employees are comfortable in doing operational and standard tasks thus limiting motivation and knowledge externalities for young professionals
    Head of sections are not motivated and do not care about the growth of their employees
    Promotions are limited and whenever they take place are granted based oj politics and not on merit
    Most employess are very old and not willing to share knowledge

    Advice to Management

    Pay attention to new talents and give them the chance to grow
    If the company wants to grow then the management should not be myopic but being open to attract talents from all over the world
    Failed M&A have demotivated employees who are afraid of being fired in the view of cost cutting measures

    Some people are two faced and power hungry.
    Not very fair in pay raises or promotions.
    Who you know not what you know can get you far here.
    Developing people is very poor.

    monitor your managers to keep them in check.

    promote people who deserve it

    Strange politics, constant reorganisations, sometimes difficult communication with other departments. Just common corporate stuff. Limited opportunities of career advance.
