    The people I worked with in Deutsche Telekom's Center for Strategic Projects were great. They were motivated, enthusiastic, and very open to help out.

    I worked at Deutsche Telekom as an intern

    Pros

    I was fully integrated into the due diligence processes.

    Cons

    At the beginning I was staffed on only few projects. But this was also dye to the fact that my internship took place during the summer where there are in general fewer projects.

    Telekom is one of the best employers. There are multiple lines of business and opportunities to grow within the company.

    European company and atmosphere. Well compensated jobs, international physical and virtual teams

    Too complex organisation, duplicated or even more responsibilities. No clear role for global team.

    Pros

    The posibilities to develop and grow your skills and knowledge is huge. The company offers many horizontal and vertical promotion oportunities, even in different countries.

    Cons

    Hierarchy is still present in all levels, in spite the fact that many cultural and change management workshops are held. The multi cultural challange is worked on.

    Advice to Management

    Focus more on employees, this will drive the results.
