I worked at Devcon® Security Systems full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The supervisors and teams were great at this call center! There was always a positive environment to work in and always someone there to help you with your work and your personal development in the workplace.

    Cons

The rules were always changing from the higher-ups, which was irritating because it was never consistent or explained. The other issue was that the accounts we were handling weren't always set up in the most honest manner. Once getting familiar with the company, I suspected much dishonesty within the company.
