    Pros

chance to help those worse off than you. Opportunity to do/see a variety of things if your clients are up to it. someday very laid back

    Cons

Terrible pay for the work required. Lack of communication from executive management and clear systems. Runs on a skeletal crew feel most the time do to organization not bothering to hire/train enough staff. Long hours when mandated for a double shift ( and company tries to mandate for triple shifts, not realizing the illegalness of this). Upper management quick to blame workers without realizing the full constraints of work.

Odds stacked against workers as upper management places incompatible clients into same living situation, often causing dangerous scenarios.

    Advice to Management

begin getting a clearer picture of the programs you are running. Work on not only hiring much more, but keeping staff ( which may require more raises).
