    Pros

Free meals, nice work environment, learn a lot on job if you are proactive. Questions are welcome.

    Cons

Training is a short, and there can be some people who are "negative" but that is something to watch out for anywhere you work...

    Advice to Management

Please let training be longer, or tailored to the individual for a better outcome on patient care.

    Pros

They are able to work with children that may not get touched in other settings.

    Cons

In the last two or three years the priority has seemed to shift and it is more "what makes money" than what the "kids really need".

    Advice to Management

I believe that the shift in philosophy has left something to be desired where was not the case at one time.
