RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Devexperts full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
1. Competitive salary for developers. 2. Impressive list of benefits: free meals, german/english/yoga classes, sports expense compensations 3. HR department creates friendly atmosphere in the company 4. Annual Personal Performance Review where you can get promotion and set goals to the next year. 5. Good senior developers.
Cons
Pros depends on your project. If you get lucky with your team lead you will get competitive salary and career opportunities. Otherwise you will not be able to get any promotion cause your team lead will compromise your achievements and ignore Annual PPRs. There are lack of information about current situation and future plans in the company.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookI worked at Devexperts full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
- Good development process based on agile which is fully supported with technologies (Jira workflow, CI with Teamcity, development in branches in git) - High level of skills of employees
Cons
- Conservative to new technologies and 3d party libraries - No attention is paid on personal growth of a concrete employee
Advice to Management
Be more clear what do you want from employees.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI have been working at Devexperts full-time
Pros
There's a very good and friendly atmosphere, a lot of benefits such as insurance, complimentary food and some more.
Cons
I don't know any bad sides about job at DevExperts. You have everything that you may need. But you need to work hard there.
Advice to Management
To continue work hard and maintain such a high level of comfort for work and a lot of cultural events at weekends.

"Software engineer at Devexperts"
StarStarStarStarStarI have been working at Devexperts
Pros
As a software engineer you will have an opportunity to deepen you knowledge in development of financial systems using bleeding edge technologies and tools.
Cons
Strange "Agile" process. Not clear career opportunities. Company plays poor role in professional development of employees. Personal Performance Review in many cases is useless and leads to nothing but 1-2 hours of wasted time.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI worked at Devexperts
Pros
Started as a Junior. A lot of abilities for self-improvement, different kind of teams and projects and quite a friendly policy on inter-project movement. Overall friendly environment. Have both old and clumsy and new and quite modern projects so have a nice look at the project you offered to be a part of.
Cons
Some projects can stuck your professional growth since due to their history it's hard to implement new practices and frameworks, so take an overview of what you've achieved recently once in a while.
Advice to Management
Management is acually cool, the hierarchy is plain enough and in most of department I'm aware of you can talk to you lead and metalead on a variety different topics, from career opportunities to last football match. No advices at all, everything's good here.

RecommendsPositive OutlookI worked at Devexperts full-time for more than a year
Pros
I was working in DevExperts for 2 years and suppose it's one of the best companies in Saint Petersburg. They really care about your personal development and try to ensure that you're consistently going forward. Roughly 50% of tasks are just simple routine stuff, but other 50% required serious brainstorm to be done in order to finish it. Personally, I did great progress there and have only best wishes for this... company. Other pros: - good medical insurance - competitive salary - free food in office
Show MoreCons
In comparison with other companies, probably salaries are a little bit low. Also, they don't have annual or quarter bonuses.
