Pros
Amazing culture and work life balance.
Cons
8 layoffs in 5 years. Constantly shuffling teams as a result of layoffs. Pros
Great place to work- encourage work life balance and compensation is typically excellent
Cons
Their hiring process revolves around whether or not you are willing to stay in Oklahoma City long term. The entire employment process was based off of dedication to Devon and staying with the company. However, when it came time to perform layoffs it didn't matter how dedicated you were to the company; ultimately the company had a layoff process that ignored performance.
