Pros
Employees at every level are helpful and genuine. The engineers are very strong technically and easy to work with. Office culture can vary group to group but from my prospective it's pretty laid back. You do your work, you go home. If you have questions, the resources are available, but no one is breathing down your neck. Working hard and quality work is noticed and appreciated by management. Overtime pay is available to engineers.
Cons
The base pay is average but the benefits are lacking (not much paid time off, employees contribute to their health insurance coverage, low 401k match, no bonuses, not many office social events, etc). There are no fancy bells and whistles working here. Working from home isn't allowed. With the exception of PDH credit sessions, training isn't readily available. If interested in specific training, the employee must research off-site classes on their own and request to attend.
