    I worked at Dex Media full-time

    Pros

    Dex was a wonderful place to work 15 - 20 years ago. They do try hard as a company to stay up with the latest digital advertising products and services.

    Cons

    Dex has alot of customer issues that has created a negative reputation.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure you always provide the excellent customer service and many touchpoints with clients

    The people were what made it great.

    Cons

    I can't speak on how things are since I left, but the overall morale was so low it made it hard to go to work in the morning.

    I worked at Dex Media full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Used to be a good company to work for.

    Cons

    Constant turnover in employees and management. Company has been sold three times in the last few years and keeps laying off people. Business is getting smaller and smaller as they struggle to manage declining revenues.

    Advice to Management

    None. They are doing the best they can to stay alive.

    Google partner, technology, salary plus commission, Great training and continuing education, and opportunity for growth,Education incentives

    Company trying to keep their mark and their footprints in a place where print marketing is becoming obsolete so company is always changing . the environment is one of consistent change,

    Remember that you have people working for you not a machine

    Pros

    If you need sales experience this is a great place to receive that. There's a lot that can be learned. Training is fantastic, management and upper management are great to work for as long as you stay in their good graces.

    Cons

    Self prospecting cold calling leads. The lead generation program and auto dialer were awful. More money needs to be spent on marketing leads and really getting people interested in the products.

    Advice to Management

    Stay out of the high school-esque drama. Make sure you're there for new employees especially when half of your team has less than 6 months of sales experience.
