    I worked at DiBella's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Free meal per shift. Flexible hours. Decent pay.

    Cons

Revolving door of managers and employees. Little appreciation for work. No incentives to go beyond what is asked. Lack of procedures.

    Advice to Management

District Managers -Pay more attention to the work being done within stores and actually compliment the store managers instead of just ripping them apart and telling them what they need to improve. Pay more attention to more than just the general manager who is only there 9-5 M-F. The assistant managers and Co-Gm run the store during the weekend and nights, they have amazing insight that should be utilized.

    Pros

Managers take their job serious, not annoyingly laid back at all, you go there to work and if you take your job serious you will have fun. The people there are really nice, the customers are great. If you take working serious this is perfect.

    Cons

Hours are hard but if you have more than one job then it's fine.

    Advice to Management

Be more strict with the managers.
