    Negative Outlook

I worked at Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Easy to get the job

    Cons

Pay is very bad, so are the benifits. You will not get a raise. There is no training so if you don't get stuff from watching once you wont know whats going on. If you work there a year you've been there a long time. Co-workers attitude are not that great and management is just chilling on their phone.

    Advice to Management

Just stop. Hire someone who knows how to manage then start paying reasonable. Keeping the staff purposely understaffed so they work more is disgusting.

I have been working at Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Co workers and immediate management couldn't be better. I previously left a review that I left out of anger. I had inaccurate information, and i appologize. It is completely inaccurate and my immediate management is wonderful. I couldn't ask for better leadership. Constant learning is amazing and I wouldn't be the tech I am today I'd it wasn't for her.

    Cons

Corporate and executives need to listen to the people who day to day make the company function

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the awesome work!!

I have been working at Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with, great hours, great boss, basic lab work

    Cons

No upward mobility, no raises, clicks are rampant, they didn't get used to me for three months.

    Pros

Lab employees treat each other with respect. There is great flexibility for people with families. The lab manager is smart and level-headed, and respectful. You can gain extensive knowledge in a short time, if you are capable of it. Always busy, and growing by the day.

    Cons

Very limited raises, low starting pay, obstacles in gaining promotions. Low turnover for established employees, but hard to find qualified people who will come/stay due to the low pay.

    Advice to Management

Please value and nurture the employees you have, one smart and loyal employee is worth three who don't care.

    Pros

This company has very good benefits for employees and flexible hours to work. I have learned a lot from all employees and team work.

I didn't see anything wrong or bad in while I was working with all employees. I loved to work.

I worked at Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Early morning hours. Off work by 11:30am. Hires phlebotomists right out of school with no experience

    Cons

No breaks even if you dont take your lunch you're forced to say you did. Supervisor doesn't communicate with employees and does not help in the field if staff is short. VERY unprofessional

    Advice to Management

Look at the work your supervisors do. They sit in their office and watch movies on their phone when the staff is out working short staffed

I have been working at Diagnostic Laboratories & Radiology full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    -Very hard to get fired
    -Nice co-workers
    -Never boring

    Cons

    -Very understaffed
    -Nonstop work
-Often asked to work weekends or 6th day
    -No raises
-Clients often complain due to lack of staffing/coverage
-Rules and procedures change constantly without warning

    Advice to Management

This company has more clients than the employees are actually able to service, which results in over-booking of medical orders, creating major problems for the medical facilities placing them. My advice would be to either downsize the number of clients or expand the company so you are able to hire more people and pay them what they are worth.

    Advice to Management

Get someone that know what there doing, and know the state laws!
