Management team is small but devoted. Emphasis on personal responsibility. They work hard to benefit the team as a whole, and understandably expect the same in return. Executive staff is exceptionally insightful; very strong recognition and reward for performance. Strive to keep you challenged and engaged. Highly communicative and make you feel valued as an individual. Positive and "can do" attitudes. Competitive salaries. Very open to technological tools that will improve and/or facilitate your job.
Communication is occasionally challenging since corporate team is spread across time zones (PST to EST). Requires some flexibility (e.g. attending evening video conference).Continue reading

The culture at Diagnostic Partners is team oriented, with everyone willing to help one another . I work with really intelligent and talented individuals who constantly produce great work. The work environment at Diagnostic Partners has led me to be more competitive and strive to be the best employee and team member I can be. This is a company that strives to achieve really big, innovative, and groundbreaking goals and ideas. With the guidance of Dr. Penn, the CEO, Diagnostic Partners is constantly striving to deliver the most innovative and customer-centric medical technology solutions in the world to its client and provider base. Working for Diagnostic Partners has challenged me to be a better person and employee. In addition, the work environment and nature of the business inspire you to learn technology better and pursue additional education in SQL, data science, and computer programming. I enjoy working at Diagnostic Partners and recommend it to anyone looking to join the team for both clinical and administrative positions. There will never be a shortage of exciting and innovative work to do.

Flexible schedule, pays decent.
There is no structure to the company. Every employee tries to handle everything their own way and nothing is accomplished. You have multiple bosses and there is little to no company moral or respect. PST to EST so you have to either be up early or stay up late in order to accomplish anything. No room to move up, VERY FLAT company. Promises = Not Reality! All employees talk about each other behind their backs. Haggles you for improvement but doesn't invest money to give you resources out there. They don't have their customers and employees in the best interest.Continue reading
