I have been working at Diagnostics for the Real World full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They are always willing to hire new graduates with no prior work experience

    Cons

This company is extremely unorganized with no Production schedule. Management does not manage projects well; low quality products that are failing in the field. The CEO loves to fire people without any warning. High turnover rate; most people do not last one year here. Company did not achieve a lot of it's annual business objectives. Performance solely based on the amount of hours employee spends at work; performance not based on quality of work or accomplished milestones.

    Advice to Management

Production needs to have a schedule. QC testing and QA paperwork flow heavily depends on Production schedule. Since there is none, QC and QA can't plan their work accordingly.

I worked at Diagnostics for the Real World full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Plenty of parking on the facility.

    Cons

Management is lacking and the product is a good idea but poorly executed. NO work-life balance. GMP and GLP is completely missing. Managers sneak out without telling you it's ok to leave. CEO fires people whenever she feels like it- so working here is unstable.

    Advice to Management

    1) Take some business classes. 2) Learn the real definition of "quality"
