    Advice to Management

Totem pole's prestigious arrangement carvings; no restrictions on vertical order. Everyone's place/work is needed.

I have been working at Dial 7 Car & Limousine Service (More than a year)

    Pros

    Some interesting people.
    Guaranteed hours.
Requested days off are almost always guaranteed
    They let you leave early
Has an overnight shift for those that go to school or whatever.

    Cons

    The drivers
    Management
    Dispatchers
    Operators
    Utter Disrespect
    The Union
    The work environment
    The pay
    The belittling Supervisors
    The constant write ups
    The murky environment

    Advice to Management

Run your company and your employees with respect and act like your customers matter. Without any of the above there would be no Dial 7. Everything from the working environment to the employees you must deal with each day is a struggle. I've had the urge to quit many times or just cry. Now the only thing keeping me sane is my loved ones and goals to do better for myself. Sometimes that all you've got and all you'll ever need.

    Cons

There is no room for growth, very unorganized and office enviroment is not the best. The union isn't the best. Waste $33 dollars a month for nothing

    Advice to Management

Be more organized and stop treating employees like robots

I worked at Dial 7 Car & Limousine Service full-time

    Pros

30 min paid lunch. Potential to meet great friends amongst other call service representatives. Close to transportation.

    Cons

Very hard to advance. Very blatant favoritism amongst supervisors. Management unyielding to changes in schedule. Unresponsive to absent supervisor presence especially when it comes to dealing with customer's issues. Often treated second rare and management has no problem showing it.

    Advice to Management

With all the competition in town one of the ways to keep customers is building rapport... however when you treat all employees as disposable that attitude will translate in their work ethic... to establish a niche you should start by treating your employees with respect.

    Pros

The main supervisor manager was great even though she didn't know you personally she was fair and was always available for us to call , She would answer any concerns and address all of our issues in a timely manner.

    Cons

The supervisors that actually are in the office know nothing and are very unhelpful the favoritism is the worst and the shop stewart only looks out for herself . Anything said to the shop stewart all other employees will know nothing is kept confidential.

    Advice to Management

open your eyes as keeping them closed will be your demise.Value your employees .
