Flexible schedule, layed back environment
Cons
Pay is minimal and expectations are way higher than the pay dictates, bonuses are a joke and may as well not even be a part of the equation. Will never work in an environment where they make it seem ok for upper management to flirt with, touch and abuse their position again! Disgraceful that management can get away with whatever they want while we are all looked at as liars when we are only trying to do our job and make our money. I have never worked anywhere where it was okay for management to be drunk and high while working, shameful for the company!
