Cons
1. Training should be longer; for example work one-on-one with individuals to make sure they grasp the concept.

I worked at DialAmerica part-time for less than a year
Pros
- i gained customer service and sales experience - flexible hours - fair commission pay - very easy job, all you have to do is read scripts for everything - you could show up for 90% of your actual work time during the week and still be in compliance and not get a strike for coming in a few minutes late
Cons
- They sale Magazines, very outdated - Supervisors/Team Leads have very minimal experience, they like to make you feel dumb especially if you don’t make enough sales or when you get a strike on a call - Training is very minimal, actual knowledge of the job is gained once you finally get on the phones

Pros
Flexible hours, you can possibly make up to $600 a week, you get paid every Tuesday, you work with some amazing people, you are not cold calling more like warm calling, you get to sell a great product like Sirius XM subscriptions, which is very easy to do.
Cons
It can be repetitive, you may deal with not so nice customers, some days you might not make your sales goal.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEOI worked at DialAmerica part-time for more than 5 years
Pros
Flexible hours, comfortable seats, close þo public transportation. Most supervisors are nice. A few act like they're poop doesn't stink and only one was a bonafide psycho, stash.
Cons
Watch your back, your stuff, leave nothing out. You'll be told to clock out if you don't make a certain amount of sales by a certain time, because there are reps waiting in the break room to hop on the phone. You may be used in training purposes without your knowlegde, all calls are taped.
