    Pros

Flexible schedule, comfortable and friendly environment, lots of room to grow.

    Cons

    It's a call center. It's loud. It's busy. It's normal.

I have been working at DialAmerica part-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, layed back environment

    Cons

Pay is minimal and expectations are way higher than the pay dictates, bonuses are a joke and may as well not even be a part of the equation. Will never work in an environment where they make it seem ok for upper management to flirt with, touch and abuse their position again! Disgraceful that management can get away with whatever they want while we are all looked at as liars when we are only trying to do our job and make our money. I have never worked anywhere where it was okay for management to be drunk and high while working, shameful for the company!

I have been working at DialAmerica full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Flexible scheduling after the first thirty days ( remote work available to those whose participate)

    Cons

Schedules are set for the most part. People rarely leave so you're less likely to get that dream shift and pay here.

I worked at DialAmerica full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Flexible schedule and that is about it.

    Cons

very low pay...all of $10 per hour! You are expected to make between 300-400 dials PER DAY and hit certain sales targets or you will lose your job. Top producers make $12 per hour, which is insane. If you can make dials, take this skill to a real inside sales job and triple your money. Don't waste your time with this place for $12 per hour.

    Pros

Flexible scheduling. You are able to make up time you missed due to call outs.

    Cons

Not enough break time/lunch time. Not enough money. Not enough opportunities for raises/advancement. Management sleeping around with agents. Repetitive scripting. A mess.

I worked at DialAmerica full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - promos to help boost morale and gives you the chance to earn some extra $$$ - they treat you to food on weekends and theme weeks, vending machine options too - flexible scheduling (but you have to make up hrs for some reason unlike most jobs) - lots of overtime opportunity (but no overtime pay) - easy job if you can actually read and you're somewhat social/good personality - friendly coworkers and the mentor for night shift was real cool/helpful

    Cons

    - VERY low pay compared to other call centers in Jax ($8.50 vs $11-14/hr) - they play favorites for who gets the better opportunity (esp. Hilary and AM people) and those chosen few are always bragged about - they love to create competition and compare you to top performers - the managers are NOT helpful, personable, and all give different answers when asked q's so you never know what's right - they will hire ANYONE so sometimes it will be loud, ghetto, distracting, and sketchy conversations/employees - lots of gossip and childish drama, even the managers! - the management can be very condescending and how they treat you depends on your sales/hrs aka how you can make THEM look good - training is outdated and not entirely accurate to how it is on the floor - a couple times the staff member(s) threw hissy fits in front of employees, kicking objects, yelling, swearing, terrible attitudes! - it's hard to move up even if you work very hard and ask for feedback on how to
