I worked at Dialog Information Technology full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Nothing to share for pros actually

    Cons

    1. Lack of transparency - management is NOT fair to employees and this organisation culture cascades down to all levels 2. Poor work culture, no focus on quality of delivery, rather management inspires to take all short-cuts to get things done 3. People are more into whole day meetings without any outcome and try to show their presence rather getting the work done efficiently or with quality 4. Horrible work-life balance - forced to work till midnight or over subsequent weekends with no choice. Further, employees are forced to take comp-off for the extra hours as per management choice. If you try to use it as per your requirement, they come back and make your extra work-hours elapsed. 5. Managers are not truthful - does not care about their employees 6. And many more....

I have been working at Dialog Information Technology full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Melbourne - Dedicated to client outcomes and delivery, family friendly, solid relationship with long standing customers, growing social club. Good work/life balance.

    Cons

Work types sometimes limited by opportunities on customers sites. You need to work hard to be selected for career progression, still improving the culture. Mid range pay. Brisbane HQ can be slow. Some people in teams are slow or not performing well.
