1. Lack of transparency - management is NOT fair to employees and this organisation culture cascades down to all levels 2. Poor work culture, no focus on quality of delivery, rather management inspires to take all short-cuts to get things done 3. People are more into whole day meetings without any outcome and try to show their presence rather getting the work done efficiently or with quality 4. Horrible work-life balance - forced to work till midnight or over subsequent weekends with no choice. Further, employees are forced to take comp-off for the extra hours as per management choice. If you try to use it as per your requirement, they come back and make your extra work-hours elapsed. 5. Managers are not truthful - does not care about their employees 6. And many more....

Full of management politics.. no work life balance. Not enough projects. Holds the resources on free list for too long duration. HR team never involve and don’t concern about employees they listen to seniors settled who just push for work to complete. Just body corp no growth to resources and they count only money.
