    Pros

Some of my fellow employees are nice and hard working. Lots of laughs and easy going people. Supervisor is family oriented.

    Cons

Low pay. Some employees get away with doing little to none of their work and the supervisor lets it happen.

    Advice to Management

    Treat everyone equally.

    Pros

Good place to work with potential for growth. Large company with 40 plus years in business for long-term stability. Benefits are good with paid vacation and sick time.

    Cons

Human Resource Department tends to run the business as if it were a high school and has more "control" over the company than do the owners. Supervisors play favorites so if you are not well liked by another staff member you will not last long. High turnover rate due to overtime and getting stuck at work unable to leave at scheduled quit time.

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees as adults and not children. Spread out responsibilities over more of the management staff so that a few don't run the entire company with small-minded views.

    Pros

Fun activities - picnics, movies, holiday parties dress down days; free parking; friendly staff, most employees got annual review, raise.

    Cons

No paid vacation or sick time until after a year; not a lot of ways to move up in position.

    Advice to Management

Talk more to employees, don't have favorites for promotions, raises, review benefits compared to others in town; more ongoing training
