I have been working at Diamond Innovations full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Company offers a great 401K, one of the best in the country. Good compensation and benefits 100% tuition reimbursement. Excellent work/life balance.

    Cons

Small company. No where to go in the short term. However, there is room if you want to move to other sister companies or to the headquarters in Europe.

    Advice to Management

    Stop the micromanagement.

I worked at Diamond Innovations as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Although not the best but the compensation was probably the best thing about this job that made it worth while, another thing was a somewhat flexible schedule.

    Cons

There was great chasm between engineering and production technicians. And both sides made sure you knew where that chasm was.
Unless the building interior has been repainted and redone, it was painted that ugly 'light lime green' color (reminiscent of a hospital) with decor from the 1970's & 80's...no, I'm not kidding.

    Advice to Management

Just like Mark Twain once said, "Always do right, this will gratify some people and astonish the rest."

I worked at Diamond Innovations full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Highly technical position with needs for solid business fundamentals. A great training as a business unit leader. Process oriented entity.

    Cons

At that time, poor IT systems and integration need to be excel guru to arrive at information needed to drive business

    Advice to Management

Can be political, favorites and/or certain people have the ear of senior leadership.
