I worked at Diamond Parking full-time

    Pros

They use fear as a tactic for productivity.

    Cons

They keep a clock on your hours. What time you come and go. Penalty for being 5 minutes late.
Management treats employees poorly, using fear as a means for productivity. Moral is low.

    Advice to Management

At least bring your attitude into the 90's, not the 50's.

I worked at Diamond Parking (More than a year)

    Pros

Lots of freedom to improve the business from my job location.

    Cons

Low and little appreciation because I was a woman. The men were always treated better even though the women ran the place and know the business better and all the details.

    Advice to Management

    Walk into the new millennium.

I have been working at Diamond Parking (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Some very great people work for this company.

    Cons

Very outdated systems in place as well as very outdated thinking from the decision makers.

    Advice to Management

There is no advice, they would not listen anyway.

I worked at Diamond Parking full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great co-workers, great boss. Everyone tried very hard to support an unworkable business model.

    Cons

C level management is completely clueless on how to get the best work from employees. These think they can squeeze employees to make them get more work done with less hours and fewer resources. For example, they cut everyone in our office to part-time rather than have to provide sick and safe time under Seattle city ordinances, and so they would not have to provide health insurance to those employees.

    Advice to Management

Wake up! You can't run and effective business when you are failing to meet your employees basic needs.

    Pros

Lots and lots of breaks, high salary for very easy job, requires no previous experience

    Cons

Work alone, outside in the rain, wind, snow, etc. Very repetitive and no opportunity or advancement whatsoever.
