    Not a company to deal with also will not suggest anyone to hire any of Diaspark candidate

    Advice to Management

    Sales and Marketing team have no coordination. Marketing candidates at lower cost and asking for more once selected

    I worked at Diaspark full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    •Very good desserts as gift for CHRISTMAS!!!
    •Very good in lying like professionals!

    Cons

    •They will send you back from where you came from if you don't get a project.
    •Not very transparent. They keep on revising documents without your knowledge and most of the time they don't want to answer emails to avoid being documented.
    •They don't provide relocation, just loan that will put you in debt to them.
    •Worst company that I have ever been.
    •Professional gets salary that is lower or equivalent for trainee.
    •They're very good in lying.
    •Employees needs to search for their own projects. They don't have clients!
    •Employees don't have the right to choose where they want to work.

    Better close this company!

    - Good immigration team
    - You get salary on time
    - No more good points.

    Cons

    - No management
    - They cut high percentage out of your per hour pay
    - Less direct client
    - On man show
    - No policy

    None really. Rich is a good communicator.

    Cons

    Consistently pays late with varying excuses. What out for HR scam;will make up reason to work 1099 or c2c...after sending initial offer.

    1. Diaspark is one of the stable companies to come to US initially.
    2. They never mess up your salary and support you during difficult times

    Cons

    Some of the marketing folks are not so bright.

    Advice to Management

    Train your marketing people properly so that they can be more effective and there will be lesser resources on bench.
