    Management is great. They promote people based on pergomamce and results.

    Cons

    Nothing con. They are quick to address issues and resolve conflict with ease.

    I have been working at Dice full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    All sales jobs are hard - this is not an exception. However, if you are willing to do the work you are compensated well. Great senior leadership that is supportive. Amazing product development team that do their best to truly understand what the customer needs.

    Cons

    More satellite sales offices would serve the customer base better, and allow for face to face appointments fro new business.

    Advice to Management

    Keep going in the right direction. Dice is a 25 year old company that feels like a start-up!

    Pros

    Great culture. Good work/life balance. Very casual dress code. Good technology tools. Easy to collaborate. Standing desks!

    Lack of communication of corporate initiatives and how the departmental level objectives fit (if they do).

    Advice to Management

    Prior to restructuring an area, do more due diligence for a better understanding of how work flows into and out of the departments(s) to make for a smoother transition.

    Engaged, intelligent and customer focused employees.

    Cons

    Perceived as an "old brand", but in reality they have great new technology and are very relevant.

    Pros

    Work-Life Balance, smart management, engaging teams. Management seems interested in opinions from everyone and will listen to opposing views without prejudice.

    Cons

    Conservative management, sometimes intervenes in decisions better left to technical or line managers and staff. Marketing-driven, sometimes at expense of smooth operation.

    Advice to Management

    Keep the relatively flat organization chart, talk more to end users, even the small ones, be more aggressive with PR at all levels.
