    To many rules and regulations no room for anything of your own ideas

    Pros

    I enjoy the environment and the systems are very easy to learn. It is a fun place to work I think.

    Cons

    New managers are not getting the support they need and the base manager salaries are dropping which makes it harder to be motivated.

    Empower the team - don't micromanage

    It's great working with new technology every day, Helping people to understand how it works and providing them with the perfect solution for their problem building rapport and positive customer relationships. earning commissions and achieving goals

    Cons

    Dealing with customers problems when the customer expects unrealistic outcomes. Keeping on top of the daily tasks while trying to serve all the customers and keep head office happy all with not enough staff (Just like every other industry cutting more and more staff)

    Give us more hours to spend in the stores again, people do not like waiting, give all stores access to the products people want especially IPAD and Mac

    Pros

    Always something to do, high paced, fun environment. Get to work with the latest tech and be the first to try out awesome new products, commission is great, helping people solve their problems is also a great plus.

    Customers can be grumpy, but hey, you get that wherever you work

    Pros

    Co workers are a great bunch of people. USED to be trusted people in technology.

    Cons

    They will always expect more from you, poor salary and hopeless commission structure. Senior management were evasive of giving employees details on awards, rights etc. encouraged unethical treatment of customers. Some customers can be hard to deal with. Skeleton staffing means extreme pressure to get things done.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your staff better and reap the rewards. Act ethically.
