I worked at Diebold Nixdorf full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great long time employees who are very knowledgeable and willing to help. New ATM product line is promising.

    Cons

Senior management is driven by saving the company after a bad merger and at the expense of very good people. Far too much reliance on outside consultants who get paid on how much money they save DN so they cut too far. US Retail division is in big trouble.

I have been working at Diebold Nixdorf full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Competitive salaries and benefits Slowly returning to financial strength Strong CEO

    Cons

Lack of commitment to true inclusion and diversity, especially at senior leadership levels Mistrust rampant within VP and Executive Director layer No true commitment to culture and employer experience - piecemeal efforts at best Bullying of subordinates by leaders is overlooked and protected, given company's overwhelming focus on cash flow with no matching effort or true accountability going into values and how work is done. Leaders do a lot of talking AT employees, but make no comprehensive or enterprise-wide effort to truly engage or understand its employee population's concerns or challenges. The C-Suite and VP layer are more concerned with themselves than with fostering an environment in which employees want to stay.
