I have been working at Diebold Nixdorf full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Work life balance is good.
    - Project team members are generally competent and experienced.
    - Most colleagues are friendly and helpful.
    - Medical benefits are good. Only applicable to perm staff.

    Cons

    - Salary is below par.
    - No budget for self improvement / training courses, unless it's organized by company.

    Advice to Management

Please do a reality check on the employee's remuneration package. A lot of teams in APAC are underpaid, compared to counterparts in US and Europe. Working environment is good, but ppl will still leave once they find a better job... unless they're retiring soon.

    Pros

    Variety of work / equipment

    Cons

Growing pains due to overdue system upgrades

    Advice to Management

Parts accessibility is a huge issue, shipping costs for parts is skyrocketing. We should carry commonly replaced parts locally rather than ship overnight.

I worked at Diebold Nixdorf full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Fun work, good training, and decent overtime potential. Travel 2 to 4 weeks a year for training.

    Cons

CSM's has very little power and upper management doesn't reward for performance. Pay rate at $45k a year base is far from adequate for the level of skilled work being performed. Company doesn't recognize talent and promote within adequately. It's a boys club for sure. Little to no raises. Any raise or yearly bonus you do get doesn't even compare with inflation. They are starving their workforce by not paying adaquately.

    Advice to Management

Give the company back to the RSD's and CSM's and pay your people what they are worth. You charge $125 to $250 an hour for your engineers time but pay them $19 to $22 an hour. This is ridiculous to say the least.

    Pros

    High package
    Lovely company environment
    Flexible worktimings

But all this is for permanent employee and not for contractors and retainers

    Cons

If your performance is not good u can be sacked with prior notice ( but u will be paid for it)

If hired as retainers or contract to hire then u will never be hired
Retainers has no desk and have to sit in labs
Life of 3rd party payroll people is hell there

    Advice to Management

You are not hiring 3rd employee so plz don't give them false promise of " we may hire u after an year" straight away say we can't hire u..
