    Pros

    Local management and team are the only good thing I can think of.

    Cons

    Pay, no life work balance, everything falls on the technician to do.

    Advice to Management

    Investments in field service needs to be the only priority the company should be focused on at this time. We are losing highly skilled senior technicians due to no future growth or opportunities.
