I have been working at Diedre Moire full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The atmosphere of the office is a pro for someone like myself. Everyone is very outspoken and enjoys having a good laugh. As long as you are extroverted, you should have a lot of fun working with this group of employees. Every decision the company makes is centered around the employees first, we get lots of days off and the schedule is very flexible. If you are 10 minutes late it wont be the end of the world. This... is also a great position to learn in, im confident that whether i stay here or move on to something else that my time with Diedre Moire have added a tremendous amount of value to my resume.

    Cons

We get a comfortable salary, but more than half of your earnings come from commission which can be slightly stressful. However if you are someone who takes ownership of their own destiny, you should be very comfortable with this particular pay structure.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing, you have created a comfortable environment where your employees are able to learn a tremendous amount and acquire skills that they will carry with them across their careers.

I have been working at Diedre Moire full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I first joined the company because I wanted a full time job, but while working as a Research Analyst my co-workers helped me begin a career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Great company culture that encourages a work hard, play hard environment with a focus on helping you achieve your goals and motivating the team. A very collaborative environment where every staff member is eager to support each... other All encompassing training program covering all aspects of this business and client industries. No nights - No weekends A well defined career path with multiple ways to move forward. Get to work with people I enjoy hanging out with after hours. Earn good money with yearly increases in PTO plus extra days off for Holidays Added bonus of Lunchtime Fortnite Epic Fantasy Football League This is not a career for everyone, but for those that understand there is no such thing as "instant success" and will invest time and effort to learn the business this is a place that offers countless opportunities to achieve success.

I worked at Diedre Moire full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The training and development is very hands on and gives every employee the chance to succeed. The team here really cares about every employee and the culture is very supportive. Daily office training allows every employee to feel like they can ask for help when they need it, while learning multiple ways to approach situations from seasoned mentors. The bonus and incentive programs make it very lucrative... to those who work hard and are willing to put the time in. Generous amount of PTO you receive allows you to work hard, play hard and enjoy life. Half Day Summer Fridays

    Cons

Not necessarily a con, but If you want the 9-5, start drinking at 4:30 this is definitely not the job for you. You work 8-5 (no nights or weekends), but the compensation and PTO make it completely worth it to those who are willing to learn. Have to deal with rejection daily

I worked at Diedre Moire full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Excellent training program, co-workers are extremely bright and supportive, opportunity to learn something new every day, good base pay with a generous commission on top. Small company, CEO is on a first name basis with his employees, does the same work as his staff and probably works harder at it than any of them.

    Cons

Must be comfortable spending most of your day talking on the phone. Workday may go past 5, but you are in control of your own schedule.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great training and the enthusiasm about the job you do.

    I worked at Diedre Moire

    Pros

Absolutely none. The owner of this company, Stephen Reuning, thinks that as soon as he hires you, he owns you. Do not believe ANY of the positive reviews of this company. I would guarantee that any positive review written about this company was done under forceful direction of Mr. Reuning

    Cons

8-5 job but if you leave at 5 or even 5:30 you are considered a "clock watcher". Absolutely no time for family. In the eyes of management it should go "work, work, more work, don;'t worry about your family, work" Vacation policy is a complete joke. 1 personal day per quarter and its "use it or lose it" NO SICK TIME. that's right! If you get sick you better hope you still have a personal day. Because of... this policy make sure you are up on your flu shots because it spreads through the office like wildfire. Nepotism is rampant at Diedre Moire. You can put in YEARS at this company and not advance as fast as family. Stephen Reuning has almost zero control of his emotions. Acts like an over educated child with a penchant for temper tantrums. You will be constantly encouraged to perform tasks that dance along ethical boundaries. Office is about 1 broken light away from a full dungeon. Cold in the winter? Put on a coat and full blizzard gear indoors because they do not believe in heat. Family member dies? There is no time off afforded for that. Get back to work.

    Advice to Management

It would be pointless to try and provide advice for this management team. My advice would be more directed at any poor soul thinking about working here. Don't. The only people that find success at this company only find it because after years of hard work they receive another offer that outshines everything about this company.
