    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Digi full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Free parking (also a con cuz limited space only). Open office.

    Cons

Bad culture. Low increment. No transparency. Middle management badly needed a reformation. Things are going downhill since I join.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employee. Do skip level discussion. Reward fairly.
