    I worked at Digi full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    You learn a lot if you are prepared to go the journey. The exposure is breathtaking and will drain you at times but it's worth the experience.

    Cons

    Too many dinosaurus living and working in the senior management role which need to go. anyone above 10 years are dragging the company.

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of old timers and bring new and vibrant mind.

    I have been working at Digi for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Great benefits and facility.Full training provided.

    Cons

    Shift rotation is very unstable,ever changing management and no permanent slot even after years working.

    High end support from management . Good benefits & high chances for career advancement

    Cons

    The call center should be improved alot since the place looks dull & not cheer. Basic salary is very low .

    Advice to Management

    Kindly take not of the call center improvement since it's outdated environment which demotivating me all the time.

    Working as a customer service there sucks Salary is not much A lot of kpi to manage Benefit sucks as well

    Pros

    Postpaid and broadband lines with considerable amount of credits and internet quota. Friendly trainers and colleagues.

    Cons

    If you are under third-party company, do not expect to get higher position inside. It is also impossible to give feedback to higher management and if they do listen to any concern, they will just ignore. High turn over especially in call center department.

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees, including third-party employees, that work for the company. As they are the first point of contact with your customers as well as potential customers.
