    Amazing culture, higher management gives empowerment to staff and always exploring new opportunities and disrupting our current way of work

    Cons

    Scope of work between sections are often grey, some employees are not pulling their weights. Rate of increment is low

    I worked at Digi full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    I've been with this company for a good 10+ years during the mobile boom days. Open office, clean desk, nordic work culture, be respectful and be open to criticism. Used to have those values, but have been down trending for the past 5-7 years since 2015.

    Cons

    Promotion is based on who knows who and not result oriented. Also all the in-direct forcing employees to leave created very bad motivation for those left behind. The parent company has already strategically decided to move out / sell a company that has already grown in reasonable size and in an already saturated market, hence there is not much attention to long term operations while focus is only to squeeze as... much out from the provided by the means of dividends.

    Pros

    company is open for switching your job roles cross departments. This is good if you’re looking to grow different skill sets personally. Flexible working hours. Work life balance. Great basic welfare like allowance to cover your family insurance, medical expenses.

    Cons

    Base salary is low and low increment.

    To be resilience to the market, we have to get all the company division to work smart and effectively

    Good Benefit, nice work place, multi cultured, growth opportunity.

    Cons

    Work and Life balance going reducing, work load increasing. Miss use of Agile way of work. Work from home benefit revoked. Stop Micromanaging.

    Advice to Management

    Stop good employees from leaving. As you are cutting cost by not replacing good employees that are leaving, you also are reducing efficiency as you can see with issues arising. Remove race biased staff.

    Decent office building and environment

    Cons

    Politics are horrible, all from top down setting toxic culture especially in certain department(s). Middle management in some departments is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Supremely incapable and always desperate to show that they are doing “something” and claim that they are agile and flexible but definitely are too stuck in their old mindset that they will never change. Fear of being replaced have also made them... obnoxiously defensive and spend a lot of time politicking and sabotaging others. Why are you paying them to do this to your company? It’s so sad. Many have been around for double digit years and should be removed if moving forward is part of the company’s plan.

    Advice to Management

    Look into getting rid of dead wood who are overpaid or continue being in the era of spiraling downfall. Don’t talk about cutting cost until then. It’s the management’s choice.

    Many dedicated and smart people to learn from and work with Fast fast fast moving and plenty of opportunities to make an impact Can see many small innovations that are driven by its own people, which is encouraged by management

    Cons

    Don’t claim to be flexible when it really isn’t Competitive industry and pressure on margins means that the company is constantly finding ways to cut cost Company structured in such a way the encourages everyone to just look after their own areas / interest Everyone is stressed

    What’s Digi’s promise to its customer? Need to be more serious about Digi-X initiatives, they are the future of the company

    I worked at Digi full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Good office facilities, benefits not that great but still ok, quarter bonus given.

    Cons

    Working with all the dinosaur people. Too. Much of politics. The management dont know what they want. They are not open for changes. Too many layer to deal with.. Hr is not useful at all. After 4pm all go back dy. Using dinosaur year system. Need to ge good in polishing boss shoe if not you cant survive. Not need to be super smart. Coz most of them are slow n less smart.

    Sent management level to leadership training. Be really open n use the lets inpire tag as in practice not by sayings.. Hr need to be more responsible. Managements need to look in pain points not been striving for own agenda. Sack all the dinosaurs ppl.

    Pros

    Good place to learn new technologies. You can switch field as long as you can cope with your future assignment.

    Cons

    - less WLB - digi said they follow Norway style of work actually it’s like China Man company - some managers are very hardworking and they want their staff to do the same as well - turnover very high

    Retain your talent as turnover is very high.
