I have been working at Digiliti Money full-time

    Pros

Every workday is different, input is highly regarded, collaborative environment, talented staff, great benefits, progressive tech company. You work hard, you get rewarded. You slack-off and don't get anything done, you get booted.

    Cons

Nothing to complain about business wise, I do wish HQ were closer to my home

    Pros

Hot products and high industry demand! Company is fast growing and now has a very impressive client base. The benefits are excellent and better than at any other company where I've worked. Entrepreneurial, motivated and talent employees have a real opportunity to shine and grow. The offices are also very nice and co-workers are supportive. I also love the Friday pizza, celebrations/events, and especially the quarterly bonuses.

    Cons

Not too much to say here as I've worked for young companies before and understand the high expectations and need for hard work and periodic overtime. More process and communications around product development would be helpful though.

    Advice to Management

Sharing company vision and strategy for the longer term would be appreciated. Better training for Sales and more time to establish their territories would also be good as the sales cycle can be long for some products.

    Pros

Cachet is a startup company that looks for experience people to come in and make a difference. If you are a very structured person looking for direction and being told what you need to do, you won't like the environment. If you like to make a difference and impact the company, this is the perfect place to be. Your input is valued and you are respected for your contribution. The company rewards those who take ownership and have a get it done mentality and has little time for know it alls and those who have an attitude of it's not my job.

    Cons

You are expected to work hard and make sacrifices to get things done from time to time.

    Advice to Management

Execution, focus, and communication will make Cachet an even greater place to work.

    Pros

Company provide sales training, inside sales team making outbound sales, CRM with leads and hires sales pro's to hunt and close. The company is clear when you are hired for sales that you need to contribute within the first 90 days. Comp plan is tremendous, without any caps.

    Cons

High pace, high energy, sometimes chaotic

    Advice to Management

Have more company meetings, be a bit more transparent.

    Pros

Great people, free pizza on friday. Opportunities to advance if you perform.

    Cons

Revolving door in sales. Change territories frequently. Lots of people get laid off or fired for a company of only 50 people.

    Pros

    - Medical starts immediately
    - Weeks of vacation awarded immediately
    - Fun and competent teammates
    - Family environment

    Cons

    - Poor leadership
    - Lack of corporate vision
    - No full solution products. Everything is a one-off.
    - Every product requires interaction, and sometimes separate agreements, with other organizations.

    Advice to Management

Figure out where you're going before you take on the responsibility of influencing many people's careers.
Paint an accurate picture of the organization and its offerings versus selling it to new/potential employees.
Be honest, clear and proactive as opposed to misleading, vague and reactive to virtually anything and everything that occurs.

    Pros

Good Benefits thats it for sure.

    Cons

Churn and burn. They tell a great story when hiring you . Then offer no sales plan of action and kick you out on your ass. If you don't read their mind on what the correct thing to do , your FIRED. These guys act bigger than they are and will mislead you from day one. If you like to work with one arm tied behind your back then this gig is for you.

Beware stay far away from this company...

    Advice to Management

Management, why don't you take a real step back and look at how you treat people and your mislead sales tactics towards your employees and customers. You guys and real jerks and a complete disgrace as company. Shame on you.

    Cons

Not who they portend to be. Their SaaS solution has gone down for 30hrs. Small player in big market.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees, stay focused on the big picture, bring the technology up to date. Get rid of the egos.

I worked at Digiliti Money full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The benefits are good if you get them.

    Cons

Getting fired is the norm at Cachet Financial Solutions. In a two week period six employee's were fired, four of those in one day! With a workforce of approximately fifty people that's over 10% fired in two weeks, and there were many more before that. In the two years I was with this company almost everyone that wasn't a friend of the elite management was terminated. Most of the firings are to cover for poor management, they don't tell you what needs to be done, your expected to read their minds and if you don't, your fired. Many associates put in eighty hours a week , but working eighty hours a week doesn't prevent you from being fired. They also won't hire new associates to pick up some of the work load, they expect you to give up your life for the company. Then there's the disappearing bonus, we we told we were getting an end of year bonus, after a while they stopped talking about it and it never materialized without explanation. So what can you expect from Cachet Financial Solutions if you take a job with them, "You're Fired!".

    Advice to Management

    None, they won't listen.
