Pros
At DAS Tech, you get what you put in! I have been with the company for a very long time and in my many years, I have climbed up the ladder and have been given many opportunities to shine. One of my favorite things about working here is that there is a supportive culture with team players who work together to achieve common goals. Also, management is flexible and super easy to work with. I can honestly say that every day I am grateful to wake up and go to work for a company that cares about me. Hard work pays off and every department (not just Sales) is rewarded with tons of perks and fun events every month. As an example, last year (an every year going forward) I got to attend the President’s Club trip to Hawaii because I have been with the company for 10 years. Additionally, if you like to have fun, this is the place for you. From wine paint nights to boating outings to Spring Training events, free lunches and more, there is always something exciting happening with our team. And the coolest part is that if you have a charity or event that you are personally passionate about, you simply pitch it to the events team and they’ll make it happen. I glanced over some of the recent negative reviews and honestly it seems like they came from people who are non-starters and maybe a little bit entitled. I wish them luck finding a culture like ours because they will eventually see that the grass is not always greener. Simply put, if you come to work at this company my advice to you is to work hard, contribute, get involved and you will LOVE your job. Just like me. :)
Cons

Pay was trash & conditions weren't flexible.
Mar 22, 2023 - Paid Media Specialist in Scottsdale, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Everyone's nice, and the hours are predictable. You don't EVER do overtime. The benefits are outmatched too. They also respect you. If a problem happens over the weekend, they don't expect you to fix it until Monday.
Cons
The pay is HORRIBLE, and the possibility of a promotion NON-EXISTENT. Good luck asking for remote work. Commute to a job you can easily do at home. Marketing in an office is a thing of the past.

We thank you for the positive thoughts on our excellent benefits, work schedule, and the respectful culture we have built at DAS. We truly value our team and go above and beyond to create a wonderful environment for all team members. We are surprised by your strong thoughts on the salary you accepted. Our pay scales are all above average and we give every employee stock options as well as free healthcare for those based in Arizona, which boosts our compensation levels even higher. DAS has found that collaborating in our office leads to strong client satisfaction and growth for the company which creates more opportunity and growth for our entire team. We have not done mass tech layoffs like many other companies that may have offered short term higher salaries only to need to lay off staff later. If you would like to discuss constructive feedback on our pay scale, I am always available as we do have tiers of compensation for every position based on performance and we have a strong track record of excellent employee retention. I can be reached at phil@digitalairstrike.com. – Phil Valachi, Senior VP, Operations & Client Success

Fun Campus, Lot's of rah-rah!
Cons
Many people seem very insincere

Another competitor review. No one has ever called our office a campus. Please do your homework or better yet focus on legitimate ways to compete with DAS. - Dave Venneri, Chief Revenue Officer, Inside Sales
- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Compensation is aligned and according to positions. Promote company culture but at a price.
Cons
Company culture is promoted by narcissist led behavior by CEO. Work life balance is not promoted if you have a family. Highly micromanaged and communication is very poor. Corporate office is messy and dirty and poorly cared for. Extravagant spending by the executive team makes it very questionable how profitable the company is.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
The people on the floor are some of the best in the business community - they band together and look out for each other religiously!
Cons
Toxic executive leadership environment and structure. Forced & Mandatory Fun. Poor communication - Won't set performance expectations but demand excellence. No strategic vision or planning - reactive and volatile. No one can be smarter/better/more successful than the CEO and Co-Founder.

It is unfortunate you won’t provide your prior position or any specific feedback, which leads us to believe you are once again another competitor in the reputation management space that is losing business thanks our continued growth. We have KPIs for every position and department, with amazing advancement potential. We hold monthly all-hands company meetings showcasing detail on our performance, promotions, and updates across all departments. We just returned from our annual trip last month to Hawaii where we recognized 1/3 of our team (bringing them and their guests) with us on an incredible President’s Club vacation. We have an incredible monthly and annual recognition program. Our female CEO is continually recognized for her innovative, inspiring, leadership and she is always accessible directly to any employee or possible candidate that wants to contact her. Feel free to reach out to Alexi Venneri at alexi@digitalairstrike.com.

Decent place to work out of college
Dec 2, 2021 - Digital SpecialistRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good place to start out of college to learn new skills. People are friendly and fun work culture if you’re into it to get involved and meet coworkers. Overtime offered a lot since we were always short which was good pay! Direct manager was very supportive and an amazing manager in my opinion! Office is in a great location with free parking. WIT awards were great to recognize people going above and beyond their daily duties and received $500. Parties are fun and well thought out!
Cons
Our department was always running short and hiring extra people would have helped with this an alleviated stress on everyone. Pay is not very competitive in my opinion. Used to work four 9 hour shifts and one 4 on Friday’s before the pandemic. Definitely enticed me to stay with the company as it allowed me to travel on the weekends or take PTO and not have to take a full day. Maybe consider bringing that back! Nothing super negative about my experience but the KPI’s were a little demanding. You were expected perfection and if you made one mistake it could mean throwing your progression off. Mistakes happen and no one is perfect so maybe restructuring that to 2 mistakes instead of one would help with stress. Again nothing major, just little things.

Forced company culture is annoying to under-appreciated employees
Aug 26, 2022 - Anonymous Employee in Scottsdale, AZRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
There are a few good benefits and most of the managers are great people. They do a lot of charity work. Relaxed dress code unless a client is coming in that day.
Cons
This is one of those big talk companies. They are a marketing company, so they know how to make themselves look good it's not uncommon for them to ask employees to leave a 5-star glassdoor review after giving them a raise or a bonus. Lower-paid employees are overworked on a regular basis, and that meme about the drowning person getting a pizza party comes to mind. Upper management is made up of mostly good people who can't do anything without micromanaging from the CEO, who everyone is scared of and are forced to smile at wave just short of kissing her feet when she walks in at 12:00 every third week. She will smile at people while putting them down and reminding them that she knows more than them. The sales team is treated like a pantheon of gods, with account managers slightly below and then everyone else at the company gets shoveled tons of work, denied overtime hours, and then punished when they can't keep up and make honest mistakes. They recently started recruiting high-level execs from across the country rather than promoting from within, overlooking employees who have made the company their life for 9 years or more. They are doing this because they are desperately trying to go public and have been for years to no avail. The worst part is that, even though they talk about healthy work-life balance, the WIT awards that come with a small bonus that they are so proud of are pretty much reserved for the sales team or people who have put in unreasonably high levels of work outside of office hours. It's a pretty unhealthy atmosphere when every award starts with "...is always willing to go above and beyond, last week they worked until midnight three nights in a row to meet this client's needs." If this company cared half as much about their employees as they do about looking like they care about them, it would be a fantastic place to work.

Pros
The team is fun and everyone is extremely motivated to hit goal. I like that you get a bonus when your client stays on past 4 months. It really helps when you have an off month. A couple deals will get you to goal if you are good at solution selling. They have a lot of reps who have been there forever, I think it’s truly because you can’t find a job that pays like this very easily. I made $800 in spiffs last month on top of commissions just by focusing on the monthly push. There’s a large pool of current clients you can upsell to when you need a break from prospecting. Im not the number one rep but I hit my goal pretty consistently. My goal is to hit that number one spot this year! I’m excited for 2022. We seem to get more partnership opportunities every year so that just means more sales to go after!
Cons
I think we need a few more reps to help focus on all of these opportunities so we can really nail these pushes.
