    Pros

This is a work place where your ideas matters! The leadership always embraces feedback and any suggestions for improvements. They allow you to make a difference in your job. There is a clear distinctness between "telling your employees what to do" or "listening to how your employees can be successful". Absolutely NO micromanagement here. People here are amazing, always helpful and motivated grow.

    Cons

Not everyone gets a covered parking spot, but personally, I can live with that.

    Advice to Management

Never stop being so involved. There is no "ground level" here, there is only "team work". Let's always stay that way.

    Pros

Friendly People. Lots of after work events.

    Cons

I seen one of the companies top salesman pull his pants down and moon a woman in the office. He is still there and she was fired. Being that the company is owned by a woman, I expected more. They have good products the pay is decent, but you can do what you want to who you want if you bring enough business to the company

I have been working at Digital Air Strike full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

You really can't beat the culture at DAS!! You are encouraged to be yourself, dress how you want to and you're always having fun while hard at work! There is food trucks all of the time and free lunch Fridays once a month. The benefits are top notch and I have never seen a company that spent so much time and effort coming up with such great benefits for their people. From top to bottom they definitely care about their people at DAS and it shows.

    Cons

This may only be a con for some but while it is rewarding work, the job is definitely difficult and a lot is expected out of you.

    Advice to Management

Keep up the great work! All of the sales managers and sales directors are extremely motivating and fun to work with.

I have been working at Digital Air Strike full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I work with awesome people and the management is always coming up with fun new things to keep us motivated. They hold events for the employees like kickball, glow golf and bowling - even had a dunk tank where we had a chance to dunk our CRO!

    Cons

Not a lot of negatives to list. Chairs could be more comfortable and maybe better parking situation, but other than that great environment and people!

I worked at Digital Air Strike part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I worked for DAS for 9 months. I was still in school so only able to work part time. If I didn't have to move out of AZ I would still want to be working there. Truth be told, it was my first "real" clock in/clock out job. I could not say enough good things about this Company, the people I worked for and with. As long as you car about Digital Air Strike clients and do a good job, the management team treats you so well, because that's all they care about too! My manager, Chad, allowed me to be very flexible with my schedule, I was able to have a great work/life/school balance. In turn, I tried to work hard while on the clock to show my gratitude. I was surprised by how chill the DAS culture was, they do expect a lot out of their employees, but they really give so much back to them too. It was such a fun place to work, ping-pong tables, foosball, so many fun team and Co events and activities both in the office and after hours. BUT, if you can't work and and smart, this IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU, you'll stick out like a sore thumb. Everyone always talked about how great their benefits were and that they even had great health insurance for their pets!! -Fortunately, I was still on my parent's insurance so I didn't have to worry about that yet. I found out that a lot of the Sr. managers there started straight out of college in the department I was in and 4-8 years later they running big departments, going on cool trips, and advancing their careers. I was lucky to have DAS as my first corporate employer, they really set the bar high.

    Cons

There are only cons if you're lazy.

    Advice to Management

Keep listening to your employee feedback in those nice lunches you host for them...that means a lot to everyone.

I have been working at Digital Air Strike full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Perfect Sales environment with many opportunities for growth. I love how your career growth plan is clearly laid out and the numbers for promotion are clearly stated in black and white thus giving you a realistic goal to shot for. The work life balance is amazing. I have been on several trips with DAS, for instance the Bahamas, Vegas and Cabo coming up in a few months. The company also allows employees to work from home once or twice per week (of course you must earn it first), giving us additional family time and allows us to save on gas and money! There are many other benefits that will surely make your life a lot easier. Our doors or always open so feel free to stop by anytime!

    Cons

There is nothing I can complain about!

    Advice to Management

Continue doing what you are doing and continue to create the type of opportunities that allow us to be successful.

    Pros

There is so much room for growth as our management team is constantly creating new positions and opportunities as employees accomplish new things and take on new tasks. I was able to move departments and work in 3 different roles within my first year. The opportunities for growth are there if you stay open-minded and are willing try new things. Our culture is also amazing. We have a super casual dress code and a fun work environment that would be hard to beat anywhere else!

    Cons

I can not think of any cons to working here. Get your foot in the door, work hard, and you will be able to grow.
