I worked at Digital Brand Architects full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Cool clients, overall great co-workers, cool collaborations. The company is very press-worthy and a top player in the field if this is what you really want to do

    Cons

    No work-life balance
No respect for your personal time
Work emails are expected to be answered at all hours of the day/night/weekends
Extremely overwhelming job with lack of support from the top
    Workaholic lifestyle
Low pay for the amount of work and stress
Everything depends on your manager/team aka don't get stuck with someone who refuses to let you leave before 7:30pm even though we don't get paid after 6:00 and expects you to work over every weekend, holiday, and vacation. You will not get respect here unless you act like a stressed out workaholic

    Advice to Management

Be nice and treat people like actual humans with lives outside of work. Increase pay

    Pros

My favorite thing about being part of DBA is the trust placed on each person to get the job done. DBA is a company filled with reliable and relentless workers, which creates plenty of opportunity to celebrate agency victories.

    Cons

DBA is fast paced. So this environment may not be for everyone. A successful team member is a resilient one.

I worked at Digital Brand Architects full-time

    Pros

Amazing spirit. The reason I came to the company because of the newness and the passion that resulted from that newness. The East Coast leader, Karen is one of the most passionate and enterprising people I've ever known. There is an overall energy that made me want to be apart of the process.

    Cons

To some degree there were still start up elements. They were definitely still in the process of figuring out how to design their staff and where their capabilities would begin and end. The talent felt in good hands (and they were) but I know some of the staff didn't know which way was up

    Advice to Management

Have a more singular idea of who you want working with the firm
