    Pros

Nice perks from brands they work with

    Cons

Abusive. There is no respect for anyone. The way sr management speaks and treats you are grounds for a law suite. You are mentally abused and demeaned regularly. Manual labor. Insensitive towards you as a person. Very low salary. No room for growth

    Advice to Management

New York team needs actual management not catty 40 year olds

    Pros

My favorite thing about being part of DBA is the trust placed on each person to get the job done. DBA is a company filled with reliable and relentless workers, which creates plenty of opportunity to celebrate agency victories.

    Cons

DBA is fast paced. So this environment may not be for everyone. A successful team member is a resilient one.
