Amazing starting point if you want to go into business
Feb 2, 2023 - Part Time Teller in Lowell, MARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Amazing pay and there is always availability of hours. The HR department is also amazing and responds to any concerns immediately. They also have tuition reimbursement which is perfect for college students paying out of pocket.
Cons
At my particular location, management would always have trouble agreeing on what policies to be strict on and which ones to be looser. It is also very fast-paced, if you aren't good at managing your stress levels while assisting a high volume of customers, this might not be for you.

Not great pay or culture but comfortable remote position
Dec 13, 2022 - Loan Origination Specialist in Clearwater, FLRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
The culture is not much for a remote team with hundreds of people, but there are increasing attempts to let people get to know each other. Pay is not great but the remote position is comfortable.
Cons
Even though there are sales goals for checking accounts and loan cross sales, there is no incentive, commission or bonus for these sales at all.
- Former Employee★★★★★
Caring community but limited growth opportunities
Nov 6, 2022 - Anonymous EmployeeRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
1. My team was great, they cared a lot and fostered a positive team environment. Made connections I deeply value. 2. The gifts DCU gave their employees during the holidays and as a new hire was actually very useful 3. Good work life balance
Cons
1. It is hard to grow, especially in a technology facing role 2. Silo'd teams 3. The tech stack was outdated - very hard to advocate for innovative changes in the design of the products
