Small, flexible, friendly, Very student-centered. Ideas can be implemented fast. More nimble and creative now.

    Cons

Not enough people know of the school and how great it is for students.

    Advice to Management

Strong hires lately. Continue bringing in talented and smart people.

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Digital Media Arts College full-time

    Pros

None. It did not take long after starting my position before regretting my decision to work here. High staff turnover. Poor communications between employees and management, as well as between the various departments.

    Cons

Toxic and negative work environment, personal conflicts get in the way of working effectively. Constant changes to policies and failure to actually follow through. Staff and administration do not work as a team.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employee input more. Stick to and enforce the institutional policies.

I worked at Digital Media Arts College part-time

    Pros

The students were interesting and motivated.

    Cons

An extreme racket. They use public money via student loans to scam students, they pay their adjuncts dirt, and offer little job security. At any point in time, I would estimate they are generating about 1 million per year while paying an instructor about 1500 dollars per 7-week course.

    Pros

Money if you absolutely need it.

    Cons

They are a for profit schools that bleeds non traditional students of their financial aid money. They pay their adjuncts dirt and pay the administration and ownership a pretty penny. They hardly merit the word college anywhere near their name. Students expressed regret of being there but felt trapped.

    Advice to Management

Cut administrative pay and profits and reduce the cost to students and hire serious academics that create a true art school vibe.

    Pros

    Nice people
    No drugs at all
    No fights
Good teachers, I've learned a lot from DMAC.
The teachers and employers are very social with the students. They do like 5 or 6 events monthly.

    Cons

    A little bit small.
They need to invest a little more on printers. (They are a little bit slow and old).

    Advice to Management

Please invest more on Printers and speed up the internet, sometimes the internet gets slow and that's annoying.
