Pros
My experience with Digital Prospectors from the start has been fantastic! Christie Spencer explained the position I am currently in to me in great detail, and has been a wonderful support periodically checking-in to see how things are going. Additionally, they offer health benefits and 401K was was huge bonus for me!

Digital Prospectors empowers you to really drive your own career. Woven into the threads of our culture here is a sense of entrepreneurial spirit and the strong value of accountability. Employees are encouraged and inspired to create their own paths here based on both the business needs and their own interests. Managers genuinely care about the whole person, not just the "employee." Leadership is open-minded to a diversity of employees' ideas and will always do what they can to support employees in both their career and professional growth.
