    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Lots of perks - Fruit baskets, bagel Fridays, Beer O'clock, Summer parties, Christmas parties
Big name clients that look good on a CV
Very talented Creative Director who cares about his team
Strong tech team - although they're currently fleeing

    Cons

12 hour days are the norm - nothing to do with peak periods of work - its just habitual and expected.
3 different MDs in London over 2 years, still no talent at the top.
New business was ignored for the past 5 years - now headed by a very talented account manager but with no new biz experience. They've lost their 4 major clients in the past 2 years - down to the dregs now. No new clients through the door in the last 2 years except VISA which really came through Publicis partnership.

    Advice to Management

Better work life balance needed. More focus on smart, cost effective pitching to gather new business. Get some senior management in the UK who are inspiring leaders.
