I have been working at Digitas full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Small office but collaborative culture. The people are bright and largely invested in their accounts and the direction of the company. Encouraging of pursuing passions and maintaining work - life balance. The usual agency stuffs: snacks galore, ping pong table, wellness room, in-house massage, etc

    Cons

No real onboarding (see above). Sink or swim.
Bending over backwards for clients who are not deserving.
There is still some old school mentality regarding telecommuting or working independently. They overly value physical presence over actual engagement.

Not really a con, but it's a big agency and the brand teams are like their own small companies, so your experience will depend on which team you're on.
