    Takes too many shortcuts at the patient's expense. Staffing is based on patient census instead of realistic needs of patients.

    Cons

    Big organization, takes time to be heard but their annual survey is where they actually listen to their employees. Parking is difficult to find.

    I worked at Dignity Health full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    They hire new grads. The only reason to work here. You can transfer to another dignity health facility after 3 months.

    Cons

    No breaks, o got 4 weeks of orientation as a new grad. Extremely clicky. Horrible experience. They treat there employees awful and have a very high turn over rate.
