    Terrible place to Work

Feb 26, 2021 - Home Care RN in Chandler, AZ

    Pros

Other nurses are nice and really give great care to patients. Therapist are awesome. Insurance is excellent. Lots of resources for patients.

    Cons

Management at this Chandler location is terrible! Has written up 3 nurses to state board of nursing for frivolous complaints upon their voluntary resignation. Does not like staff to communicate with other nurses and only their “work coach” and management. Give you 3-7 days of orientation even though they have a policy and in your interview state for 3 months. Overload new nurses and working late hours of the night on salary pay. No work life balance. On call every month and this means you work nearly 14 days straight without a day off. Do not always provide car stock and PPE to their employees. Stress out their employees to the point they quit, particularly nurses. In the last 7 months, they have lost 13 nurses due to these reasons. Managers are so out of touch and incompetent it’s not worth your license to work their. I called comply line multiple times with no response!
