    Pros

Great, dedicated staff. Free basic health insurance

I have been working at Dignity Health part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Dignity Health offers competitive pay and great benefits

    Cons

I just finished radiology school and I am an internal candidate but Dignity just look past my applications. I guess I have to leave Dignity to gain experience elsewhere.

    Advice to Management

Kaiser respects their employees and will look at internal candidates primarily before positions go to externals. If Dignity wants to be known as an organization that everyone wants to work for, they better keep up with Kaiser.

There is no perfect work environment but Dignity tries much harder than other places to be that positive environment and to retain their staff by creating a culture of kindness, caring, and optimal place for patients and his or her family members

    Advice to Management
