Cons
They work you to the bone and get mad when you end up on overtime. It is an extremely corporate environment so you feel more like a number than an individual. They spend a lot of money on marketing material and give you insulting raises. I got a 'high' raise one year that was 32 cents per hour, my coworker got 8 cents because her review was not as good. Bonuses are minimal. The environment is very cliquey. As with any medical environment, the patients can be upset, rude, sick, drug addicts, etc. which can make for an unpleasant workday but that just comes with the territory, which was not for me.
