Pros
The only good things would be the health benefits and co-workers.
Cons
Management plays favorites as well as supervisors. They do not care about their employees. I made numerous complaints about a new employee who did not do her work she only kissed up to the supervisor and tried to take credit for work I had done. They never talked to her, never questioned her about anything. The second she complained about anything or anyone they'd look into it. I worked for the company for 3 years and that new employee had been there 3 month's. The upper management likes to play favorites as well, Supervisors got away with a lot of things. Not to mention they do not pay employees at their pay scale. Most are under paid by at least $2.00-$3.00 if not more. They also treat you horribly when you no longer work for them and do not let you get all of your belongings. I asked for my things repeatedly and was ignored. I had to have a current employee ask for my things and the manager stated she would give that said person my belongings and she never did.

Pros
The only pro to working here is that you do get a fairly good benefits package for health ins.
Cons
Awful management who doesn't have your back. People are constantly calling out, on medical leave and quitting. Terrible pay. Just a overall awful place to work.

- 2.0Jul 31, 2022SupervisorCurrent Employee, more than 8 years
Pros
Good benefits with lots of PTO and currently a low cost insurance option
Cons
Too many in-cohesive changes from the newly merged corporate Focus is not patient oriented Unless you are a nurse or physician they really don't care about other departments and their employees There are no opportunities to move within the company because they promote friends and family HR does not care about the group only individuals who complain

Pros
Top pay-the best of any hospital. Great benefits.
Cons
I was laid off. They did (and continue to do) layoffs once per year and you never knew who was going to be on the list. But if you were near the top of the payscale then most likely you were the next to go. Also, they babied the bad employees-the ones who called out sick, were often late, were no call no show, had a bad attitude and said 'That's not my job' who just did the minimum required etc etc and so on. Not a good company to work for and now they are mostly only hiring per diem no benefits. Stay away. Stay far far away. This company is $40 million in debt and going under.
