Not the same Dominican

The pay is good other than that I would never recommend anyone to work at any Dignity facility.
Cons
I started at Dominican when it was just Dominican, then CHW came in, it wasn't too bad but once it changed to "Dignity" the mentality changed. Managers were hired that didn't have a clue, as long as they could cut cut cut they were kept. After 27 years I lost my job due to consolidation of services. They offered no training in another department, I was told if an opening became available I could apply for it. Or reapply for my job in AZ. God help the over worked people that remain at this facility.

Not what they claim to be

They pay for health insurance and offer opportunity for retirement investments after 5 years of vested time with the company.
Cons
This company puts a great deal of effort into recruiting by boasting of their "Humankindness" campaign, which they propose creates an environment of support and caring toward caregivers, as well as patients. This was not displayed by caregivers, at the bedside, toward new employees. Additionally, their lack of decent pay was attributed to the company's standard of lower nurse:patient ratios. This was also a lie.
